This policy describes how Creator DealFlow handles information for the website and iOS app. The product is currently an early preview, so this policy may be updated as accounts, payments, analytics, or cloud sync are added.

1. Information we collect

Creator DealFlow is designed to keep brand deal tracking simple. Depending on how you use the app or website, we may collect:

Deal information you enter: brand names, contacts, platforms, deal values, due dates, payment dates, deliverables, usage terms, and notes.
Preview or support information: your name, email address, and message content if you request preview access or contact us.
Device and diagnostic information: basic technical information needed to operate, debug, secure, and improve the app or website.

2. Local app data

The current iOS preview stores deal data locally on your device. If cloud sync, accounts, backups, or team sharing are added later, this policy will be updated before those features are broadly released.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

Provide app features such as deal tracking, deadline reminders, CSV import/export, and risk scoring.
Respond to preview, support, or product feedback requests.
Improve reliability, usability, and product direction.
Protect against abuse, fraud, security issues, and unauthorized access.

4. Notifications

If you enable deadline reminders, the app may schedule local iOS notifications for content due dates or payment follow-ups. You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.

5. Analytics and third-party services

The current static website may be hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, request logs, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. If app analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, or email tools are added, this policy will be updated to identify those services.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with service providers acting on our behalf.

7. Data retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or clear app storage. Support or preview request messages may be retained as long as needed to respond, improve the product, or maintain business records.

8. Your choices

You can choose what deal information to enter into the app.
You can disable notifications through iOS Settings.
You can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you provided through preview/support channels.

9. Children’s privacy

Creator DealFlow is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
